Creating an account and signing in

Create a Got Seats account and sign in with a code, password, or Google, plus two-factor authentication, passkeys, profile settings, and guest checkout.

You can browse events without an account, but you'll need one to buy tickets, make offers, and track orders.

Ways to sign in

  • Sign in with code: we email you a 6-digit code; enter it to sign in. No password needed.

  • Sign in with password: use your email and password.

  • Google: sign in with your Google account.

Keeping your account secure

In Settings → Sign in and security you can add:

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) as Passkey: sign in with your device's fingerprint, face, or PIN instead of a password. Your passkey will also be requested for sensitive actions.

Your profile

Under Settings → Personal info you can update your name, email, and phone number. Keep these current. Your email is where order confirmations and tickets are sent.

Guest checkout

You can check out as a guest by providing your email address and phone number. After your purchase we'll help you finish setting up your account so you have full access to your orders and tickets.
