Find every order under Purchases in your dashboard. Use the Upcoming and Past tabs to switch between events still to come and ones that have happened.
For each order you'll see the event, date, seats, quantity, total price, ticket type, and status.
Order statuses
Pending delivery: your order is confirmed and the seller is preparing your tickets for delivery.
Complete: your tickets have been delivered.
Cancelled: the order was cancelled (see Refunds and cancellations).
Order details
Open any order to see the full event info, your seat location, any seat notes or disclosures, the payment method used, and delivery status.
Where are my tickets?
Once an order is Complete, your tickets have been delivered by the method shown on the order. See How your tickets are delivered for what to expect from each method.
