All-in pricing

Got Seats shows an all-in price: the total you'll pay is shown before you confirm. Your total includes:

  • Tickets: the seller's price per seat × quantity

  • Fees: the Got Seats service fee and payment processing

  • Tax: sales tax where applicable, based on the event location

There are no surprise fees added later. The full breakdown is shown at checkout.

When your card is charged

  • A hold (authorization) is placed when you Buy Now, or when a seller accepts your offer.

  • The hold becomes an actual charge once the seller confirms your order.

  • If the order isn't confirmed, the hold is released and you're not charged.

Payment methods

You can pay with a credit or debit card and other supported methods shown at checkout. Manage saved methods in Settings → Payment methods.

If a payment doesn't go through

  • Declined: try a different card or payment method.

  • Requires action: your bank needs you to verify the payment (for example, via 3D Secure or your banking app). Follow the prompt to continue.
