Delivery methods
Mobile transfer: tickets are transferred to your account on the original ticketing platform (such as Ticketmaster, AXS, or SeatGeek). Watch for a transfer email and accept it.
E-ticket: a PDF ticket is sent to you or made available to download.
URL link: you receive a link to access your tickets.
Hard: physical tickets are shipped to your address, with tracking.
Delivery timing
Tickets are guaranteed to be delivered in time for the event.
I haven't received my tickets
Check the order in Purchases for its status and delivery method.
For mobile transfer, check the email tied to your account (including spam) for a transfer invitation to accept.
If your event is in 48 hours or less and you still don't have your tickets, contact support with your order ID.
