Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you'll receive a full refund.
Postponed or rescheduled events
Postponed and rescheduled events are not refundable. Your original tickets stay valid for the new date, so there's usually nothing you need to do.
If the venue requires new tickets for the rescheduled date, we'll work to get replacement tickets for you.
Playoff or other contingent games that aren't played (for example, due to a team's elimination) are treated as cancelled events and qualify for a full refund.
Other event changes
Got Seats isn't always notified when an event changes, so it's a good idea to confirm details with the venue or event host. Changes like venue, lineup, time, or seat relocation are generally not refundable.
